Lead React Native Developer - Wale - India On-site

Join Wale (Mangwale) as a Lead React Native Developer to architect and build cross-platform mobile apps for their hyperlocal commerce platform. Lead iOS and Android development while mentoring developers and collaborating with product and design teams.

Key Tech Stack: React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, NestJS backend integration, Google Maps SDK, Firebase FCM, CI/CD with Fastlane, RESTful/GraphQL APIs

What You'll Do:

• Architect and maintain React Native apps for App Store and Play Store
• Build responsive mobile interfaces from complex UI/UX designs
• Integrate mapping features, push notifications, and offline storage
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and optimize app performance
• Mentor mid-level developers and lead technical discussions

Requirements: 4+ years React Native experience, native bridging expertise, mobile deployment experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills. Bonus points for Redux/MobX, animation libraries, and high-scale app experience.
